My passion for wellness began with a lifelong curiosity about the connection between the body, the mind, and emotional well-being.

Early in life, movement became one of my greatest teachers. Through dance, I discovered how physical expression could bring confidence, clarity, and inner balance. That journey led me to study Movement Therapy, where I deepened my understanding of how emotional and physical wellness are deeply connected.

Life then gave me a different kind of education. While raising and homeschooling my four children, I also faced years of personal health challenges. Those seasons pushed me in ways I never expected but they also helped me reconnect with what truly matters.

Over time, I realized that wellness isn’t just about exercise or nutrition. It’s about creating a life that actually supports you.
